What this is
Infidelity Investigations, in plain terms.
Most people who call about this already know. What they do not have is anything they can act on - a date, a place, a length of time, a face. Suspicion is exhausting to live inside and useless in a lawyer’s office. The point of the investigation is to replace it with a record.
The work is surveillance, and surveillance is mostly waiting. We build a picture of a normal week first, then work the hours that do not fit it. Every observation is logged with a time and a location as it happens, so what you end up with is a chronology rather than a claim.
The work
What actually gets done.
- A first conversation that establishes what you already know, what you only suspect, and what you would actually do with an answer.
- Mobile and static surveillance on the days and hours that matter, run by investigators who look like anybody else in the room.
- Photographs and video taken in public places, where there is no reasonable expectation of privacy.
- A timeline of movements, arrivals, departures and duration, logged as they happen and not reconstructed afterwards.
- Identification of a third party where that is part of what you need.
- A stand-down the moment you have enough. Nobody bills you for confirmation you already have.
Marriage & Divorce
A record, not an argument.
Dates, places, durations and images, logged as they happen and delivered as a file your attorney can work from. Nothing about how it was gathered should ever become the argument.
What you get
At the end of it.
- A written report in plain language, organized by date.
- Photographic and video exhibits, unedited, with the time they were taken.
- A conversation about what the report does and does not establish.
- Everything delivered to you directly, and to nobody else.
When people call
The three situations we hear most.
The schedule stopped making sense
New hours, a gym that was never mentioned, a work trip nobody at work seems to know about. A pattern that does not reconcile is the most common reason people call.
Your attorney asked what you can prove
Texas is a no-fault state, but fault can still matter to how a court divides property. Your attorney can tell you whether it matters in your case. We can tell you what is actually happening.
You are about to accuse somebody
Confronting a spouse on a suspicion that turns out to be wrong is very hard to take back. Knowing first is kinder to everyone, including you.
Questions
About this service.
Will my spouse find out I hired an investigator?
Not from us. Discretion is the whole product. Our investigators work in public, look unremarkable, and carry nothing that identifies them. We also control how and where we contact you, and we will agree that with you on the first call.
Can you get into their phone, email or bank account?
No, and any investigator who says otherwise is offering to commit a crime on your behalf. We work with what can be lawfully observed and lawfully obtained. That constraint is what makes the resulting report worth having.
How long does it take?
It depends entirely on the pattern. Some cases resolve in a single well-chosen evening and some need several weeks of intermittent work. We will give you an honest assessment after the first conversation, and we will tell you if we think you are about to spend money for nothing.
Is the first conversation really free?
Yes, and it is confidential. You describe the situation, we tell you whether an investigation is likely to help, roughly what it would involve and what it would cost. There is no charge for that call and no obligation at the end of it.
