No advice, and no relationship
Nothing on this website is legal advice, and reading it does not create a professional relationship between you and A True P.I. Submitting the contact form does not either. A relationship begins when we have agreed a scope of work in writing.
No guaranteed outcome
An investigation is an attempt to establish facts. Nothing on this site is a promise about what will be found, whether evidence will be admitted by a court, or how any matter will conclude. Any opinion we give about the likely outcome is an opinion.
Lawful work only
A True P.I. operates under Texas license #A12818 and works within the law. We do not access private accounts or communications, obtain telephone or financial records by pretext, enter private property without authority, record conversations we are not party to where the law does not permit it, or place tracking devices on vehicles without the owner’s consent. We will decline a request that requires any of those things.
Your responsibilities
Information you give us is relied on. If it is wrong or incomplete, the investigation built on it may be too. Evidence we provide is for the lawful purpose it was gathered for.
