What the form collects
The confidential case form collects your name, the contact details you choose to give us, and whatever you write in the message. It goes by email to Curtis Pritchard. It is not shared, sold, rented or passed to a lead generation service, and it is not used to market anything to you.
If it is not safe for you to be contacted by email or at your home address, say so in the message and tell us how to reach you instead. We will follow that instruction.
Case information
Information you give us in the course of an investigation is treated as confidential. Reports and evidence are delivered to you, and to anyone you specifically authorize in writing, such as your attorney.
We may be required to disclose information by a court order, a subpoena, or a legal obligation. We will tell you if that happens unless we are prohibited from doing so.
What the website collects
This site is hosted on a commercial website platform which records standard server and analytics information such as pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device type. That information is used to understand how the site is performing.
The site does not sell personal information.
Retention
Case files and investigative records are retained for as long as is necessary for the matter and for any period required by law or by our insurers, and then disposed of securely.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete an inquiry that did not become a case. Email cppi@atruepi.com. Where an obligation requires us to keep something, we will tell you what and why.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page.
